Colour Poems: The Old Testament
Colour Poems is a series of books that have their genesis in times spent with my nephews eons ago, when I used to entertain them with poetry-writing whenever I babysat. In this particular collection I have compiled all of the color poems related to accounts in the Old Testament in the Bible. They are arranged in sequential order and are also illustrated with beautiful photographs. Each poem has the same pattern and structure, but each piece is highly creative and puts an interesting spin on well-known portions of scripture. Most of the poems feature key Bible characters, such as Adam and Eve, Joseph, King David and more. This book is perfect for teen and adult Bible enthusiasts or for art teachers looking for new, fun and meaningful projects.
